Transfer Domain To 123Connect

There are two ways to transfer your domain name to 123connect. The easiest way is to change the IPStag (.co.uk type domains) or the DNS nameservers (.com type domains). Your existing host should be able to help with these changes but we are also available should you need us on 0845 130 4503.

1: To transfer .co.uk type domains
You should ask your current host to change the IPStag to 123CONNECT (all capitals) and the domain should transfer to us within 24 hours

2: To transfer .com type domains
To change a .com type domain you will need to ask your current host to change the nameservers to ours as follows. (This change should take 24/36 hours to take effect) :

Primary Nameserver: ns3.lightning1.net
Secondary Nameserver: ns4.lightning1.net

unix web hosting
Primary Nameserver:  ns11.lightning1.net
Secondary Nameserver: ns12.lightning1.net
