Secure Filesharing between users or workgroups
One of the most innovative ways our secure filesharing system works is by using "Drag'n'Drop" technology so you can literally drop a file into the software on your desktop and it automatically uploads the online service. In addition to this is creates an archive of the previous version so multiple users can see the latest one and all that went before it. You can also upload from the secure web portal too if preferred.
To see any previous version just click on the file, view its history and select the version you want, you can even make an older version the current one in case there was an incorrect file uploaded.
Setting up users or collaborators is as simple as it can be, just add their email addresses into the admin, select 'view only' or 'view and edit' as they are required then click the button which will send them an email invitation to log in and work with you on the files you choose for them (or a whole folder or everything stored - your choice)
What if I just want to share a file or link to it from my site
This is just as easy, click on the file and select share, you have several options to meet your needs so just pick what you want when you want it. Here is a quick summary..
• get a permanent web link
this gives you a url that anyone can be sent and when clicked simply downloads the file. This can be emailed by the system or you can add it to a web page
• password protection
you can choose whether to make the download password protected or not. Good news if the files are important or contain sensitive information
• multiple recipient feature
you can send the file to multiple email addressesd in a single click, very handy for a mailshot or the startup files for a new project
• download notification
If download receipts are required, we will send a specialized link to the recipient(s) by email. You will be notified each time the file is downloaded from a link sent in this way
• auto delete files
you can set a specific time for the files to be deleted, say 60 days., which is perfect for a fixed time project or a marketing campaign. The default setting is never delete any file automatically
