The people at 123connect give the best support to all who host with them. You're dealing with people not machines. My only problem is the lack of support for streaming audio, which is a problem for the many sites that would use that tool to promote their web pages

My previous experience with a web company that I won't divulge...ok, it's the Web Design Centre in Liphook, was absolutely disasterous. Not only did he gain my confidence that he had the knowledge and capability to do the job, his level of committment to my company absolutely amazed me. A lot of companies claim they understand the intricacies of the web, but in actuality, few do. I feel very fortunate to have found someone who does. Customer service is excellent. When we originally moved our website to 123Connect we had some technical problems and I emailed their helpdesk late on a Sunday evening expecting a reply the next day.
