This is a web development agreement between 123 Connect Ltd incorporated in England and Wales (registered number 04850973) having its registered office at 101 Stansfield Road, Benfleet, Essex SS7 4NA (‘Developer’) and the client specified below (“Client”).

Development Fees:	The total fee is £ plus VAT payable as follows: 50% payable on or before signature of this agreement 50% payable upon acceptance of the Software (as provided for in the terms and conditions)
